Episodul 32 din #ÎnvațăSocialMediaCuSabina este un fel de live-blogging de la GPeC Summit mai 2018. Voi încerca să notez aici cele mai importante idei și lecții învățate la cel mai important eveniment de ecommerce din România, ajuns deja la cea de-a 13-a ediție (WOW).

Andrei Cânda – Romanian E-Commerce Market Research 2018

  • anul trecut 44% din toți internauții făceau cumpărături online – în 2018 procentul a crescut la 53%
  • cea mai mare creștere este la cei dintre 45 și 54 de ani care au început să aibă din ce în ce mai mare încredere
  • de ce nu cumpără oamenii online? 65% nu sunt siguri dacă produsele corespund realității, 53% în offline pot testa și 51% nu au încredere și le este teamă că o să fie fraudați
  • oamenii vor cumpăra online mai mult dacă vor găsi prețuri mai mici, se va livra mai repede, se vor afișa păreri ale altor clienți pentru acele produse
  • oamenii cumpără online pentru economie de timp, se descurcă mai ușor, varietatea produselor e mai mare, e mai ieftin online și doar acolo au găsit produsele dorite
  • se cumpără online 92% electrocasnice, 86% îmbrăcăminte, 83% computere, 81% cosmetice și farma, 77% sejururi și servicii turism
  • suma cheltuită pe an este în medie 1305 lei pentru servicii de turism și 1098 lei pentru electrocasnice și 833 lei pentru mobilă și decorațiuni interioare și 807 pentru auto&moto
  • 80% dintre cumpărături plătesc cash și doar 53% cu cardul (pentru că nu au încredere cu datele, le e teamă să nu fie fraudați și recuperarea banilor durează mult)
  • ca să fie mai performante, magazinele trebuie să publice vizibil prețul și taxele și orice costuri adiționale, să respecte termenele de livrare și apoi, pe locul 3, să aibă informații reale legate de stoc
  • Concluzii: fiți retailerul sau brandul de la care cumpărăturile se fac cel mai ușor. Creați încredere în brandul și serviciile voastre. Oferiți transparență. Ușurați-le viața și oferiți-le confort (design, filtre, navigare ușoară, informații în timp real, viteză, livrare rapidă, respectat promisiuni).

Iulian Stanciu (CEO Emag) – Fireside Chat

  • e-commerce este și trebuie să fie o metodă de a face viața mai simplă
  • este un început de an foarte bun, cu 30% mai bun decât anul trecut
  • oamenii se vor obișnui cu plata online, tranzacții și de bani și de documente etc
  • până acum comerțul online a crescut prin entuziasm, dar acum avem nevoie și de investițiile statului în digitalizare
  • se estimează cam 35% creștere pe tot anul, față de anul trecut, pe la 3.7 miliarde de euro
  • avem deja peste 10.000 de comercianți în marketplace Emag (9000 sunt activi) și cifra crește cu aprox 1000 pe luna (deci sunt cam 13.000 în total în țară și la final de an o să fie cam 20.000 de magazine online în România)
  • home&deco, fashion, auto – creșteri foarte mari anul acesta în e-commerce
  • modelul de business în curierat s-a schimbat de la B2B la B2C și asta a necesitat investiții mari
  • în offline sâmbătă se vinde cu 50% mai mult decât o zi normală și duminică dublu (deci online-ul se pierde foarte mult pentru că nu se livrează – planurile sunt ca asta să se schimbe)
  • în România, după Emag, ca număr de comenzi, urmează Aliexpress, în timp ce în alte țări sunt pe locul 1 (sunt foarte agresivi în costuri de marketing, subvenționează transport prin parteneriate cu companiile de curierat ale statului, au avantaje la taxe vamale și tva, au tehnologie foarte puternică, oferă simplitate și predictibilitate)
  • telefoane – electrocasnice – fashion – home&deco – top categorii pe Emag
  • când discutăm despre marketing-ul care aduce cel mai mare return  se ia în considerare cost per vânzare și se poate face corect prin Data Atribution Model sau Last Non-Direct Click
  • s-au pregătit pt GDPR de acum 4-5 ani cu o echipă dedicată de legal și tehnic – au interpretat moderat noua lege, au plecat de la principii de transparență, securitate internă + externă și privacy, au investit mult în spate, dacă consimțământul a fost luat corect în trecut, nu mai e nevoie să îl mai iei încă o dată
  • munca inteligentă și eficientă stă la baza creșterii, dar este nevoie și de capital, de asociere

  • pregătește-te pentru feedback și fă ceva cu el în public, nu doar în privat

  • don’t forget about desktop vs smartphone, countries, business units and traffic channels, date, political or society variables, login or not, weather (different results depending on each of them)

    • if you can’t optimise your own speed at all, you can use AMP instead as its speed will be taken into account instead
    • AMP pages are build in 3 core components – HTML, JS, Cache
    • it was also announced that soon the AMP principles and benefits will be also feasible to achieve for non-AMP content

  • Evomag am crescut cu 10-20% pentru că ne ducem și pe celelalte verticale, ne diferențiem
  • piața de IT&C este extrem de concurențială și nivelul este mare
  • acum trebuie să fii masochist și să ai prea mulți bani acasă ca să mai intri pe piața de IT&C
  • sunt prea multe verticale neexploatate
  • am creat un departament nou de Corporate – 20% din vânzările totale vin așa
  • showroom-ul este un factor f important, este un vector de încredere pentru noi
  • retenția de clienți este între 7 și 10%
  • anul trecut am făcut site-ul responsive (instant 10% din bounce rate a scăzut)
  • crește traficul mobile cam cu 30% pe an, coșul mediu e la 650 de lei
  • folosim online-ul ca să creștem offline-ul

  • nu uita de la început de business plan

  • ritmul de creștere este foarte rapid, zona asta fiind in top în ultima perioadă
  • bariere: dimensiunile produselor și montajul lor
  • folosim: email marketing, ppc, social media, blog
  • oamenii se inspiră tot de la noi, nu neapărat de pe net, de aceea am și dezvoltat blogul
  • call-center-ul intern pe care îl avem este foarte util pentru clienți (rapid, acurate, ajutor adevărat)
  • rata de retur la noi este foarte mică la noi pentru că decizia de cumpărare e între 12 și 90 de zile
  • majoritatea traficului ne vine de pe mobile, dar conversiile vin de pe desktop, datorită caracteristicilor produselor (trebuie să vezi bine toate detaliile, finisajele etc)
  • contează foarte mult să fiți curioși în ceea ce privesc noutățile din domeniu
  • nu vă mulțumiți cu ceea ce știți deja

  • pt Altex anul acesta este foarte bun, cu creșteri peste așteptări
  • investim mult în platforma online, legătură între online și offline și digitalizare
  • mai merită să intri pe gadget-uri, vehicule electrice unde marginile încă sunt suficient de mari și permit diferite tipuri de promoții
  • e foarte importat să ne ținem de cuvânt cu ce am promis clienților
  • discount-urile nu loializează, ci imaginea de preț
  • e important să vă placă și să puneți pasiune în interacțiunea cu clienții

  • vrem să ne asigurăm că e o creștere sănătoasă
  • pe fashion e mult loc, în special în online (în offline e mult mai competitivă piața)

  • prea mulți uităm că un telefon către un client poate să loializeze mai mult decât multe tactici de discount
  • oamenii sunt extrem de bucuroși că i-ai sunat și le-ai cerut părerea
  • am încercat să ne gândim serios la cine suntem și ce valori avem – așa am schimbat de curând identitatea
  • suntem mai calzi, mai jucăuși, mai inspiraționali, nu doar X și 0
  • se pregătesc de un Fast Refund, un proiect prin care să scadă rata de refund
  • sunt foarte convins că într-o zi o să vorbim de un showroom Fashion Days
  • trăiți în Excel foarte mult timp, mai ales la început
  • petrece-ți mult timp întrebând specialiști și învățând de la ei
  • Excel-ul trebuie bazat pe gamă, strategie de prețuri și servicii
